This is my tree poem
where I imagine
I am a tree
Oh, wouldn’t that be something?
a tall shady Oak I might be
or a Cherry blossom
giving a glimpse of beauty
to someone who might need it
a Cashew tree would be nice
or perhaps a fruiting Dogwood?
I’d have hundreds of daily visitors
birds, bees, butterflies, squirrels
some birds, smaller than bees

I loved Turquoise Silence for its intricate imagery and mesmerising metaphors. Some poems were so good that I read them again and again...Thanks Sanober...you are a wizard of words
