“I must have flowers, always, and always.” ― Claude Monet

I love this quote and I have to say I agree with Monet. I posted it on my Facebook page this morning. And this is the season for flowers, here in Northeastern Pennsylvania and throughout most of the Northern Hemisphere.
I had to get my lawn furniture out tonight so not much time for photographs. But you don’t have to go far to find beauty of nature this time of year. I just walked through my neighborhood and found so many flowers in bloom.
The lilacs and azaleas are starting to fade but they are being replaced by the rhododendrons and many annuals that the folks have planted. And a lot of coming attractions as the peonies, irises and roses are starting to bud.
May is a wonderful month for flowers but I think June is even better. I sure do enjoy seeing them on my daily walks. So enjoy them while you can, they were made for us to enjoy. Monet sure got it right.
Here is a link to some more photos of the flowers I saw on my walk through my neighborhood this afternoon. https://keepyoureyespeeled.net/photographs-5/nggallery/blog-photos/neighborhood-flowers-walk-may-19-2015
