I am very fortunate to be able to come home from work and watch the many critters who visit my yard for some corn or bird seed. In the Summer it is mainly the various species of birds at he feeder, a few squirrels, turkeys, rabbits or the annoying bear. Not many deer visit in the Summer, to much to eat in the woods. But in the Winter they are regulars in my yard. I love watching them. There is definitely a feeding order and mommy deers feeds first.  And different families wait until others are done eating. One poor deer, always alone, is constantly ran off by a dominant doe. The doe will not let the deer the lone deer  near the food. I could watch them all night. Here is a link to a video I took yesterday and 2 (1 of 2) uploaded to Youtube.  http://youtu.be/ZqXc7bn4HC4

Like the video Frank, haven’t been down to see them lately, that old doe still won’t let that one in to get a bite to eat? how rude! But that’s nature. All of them look in good shape thou for the winter were having, and things can only get better, I think?
