Blue Heron enjoying sushi for breakfast in Belize.

Taking it easy today so had some time to upload these photos of a blue heron we saw on the lagoon yesterday. Looks like he bit off more than he could swallow. This is a fascinating place. Always something to see.  A nature lovers paradise for sure. Just today heard howlers monkeys on my early morning  walk, walked under cashew trees that are just starting to flower, and attract humming birds,  encountered a wild horse who refused to give way on a narrow path, tore off the roof of a termite nest only to see they repaired it a few hours later. I could go on. Wish I could share more photos but the interent, when we have it, is dreadfully slow. Took me  almost two hours to put this post together.  very frustrating but I was taking it easy and getting some tropical sun.
